Terms and Conditions
- Reservations: A reservation can be made through the hotel’s website, phone, or in person at the hotel.
- Payment: Deposit payment of 50% from the total price of the entire stay is due at the time of booking.
They are only 2 types of payment:
Offline credit card method is made through manually written own card details by the guest, in order the hotel Morski briag to charge the deposit payment for the given reservation.
Bank transfer method should be made by the guest, through the given hotel bank account details given at the booking overview. - Cancellation Policy: You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after you make your reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
- Check-In and Check-Out: The standard check-in time is usually 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is usually 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Room Assignment: The hotel reserves the right to assign a room to the guest upon arrival, based on availability.
- Occupancy: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit, which cannot be exceeded. Any additional guests will be subject to an additional fee, or may be required to book a separate room.
- Smoking Policy: The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas.
- Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property during their stay.
- Limitation of Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the guest’s stay. The hotel also assumes no responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or death arising from the use of hotel facilities or services.
